I got your invoice and will pay it promptly. We are excited because...the tub doesn't leak anymore. Several plumbers have attempted to fix that leak, have said it was fixed, and then it wasn't. I have filled up the tub three times now & not one drop of water has leaked down into our basement shop.

The guys also showed up on the dot of 10 and I appreciate that too. I had been trapped all Monday morning waiting for an inspector who never came so I was getting a bit crabby about open-ended times.

The deck remodeling is complete! And although the stain portion is not done yet (starts tomorrow), the deck itself is Fabulous! I know that a lot of work went into re-supporting the deck, but for me the new staircase has made the entire project so worth the wait! I didn't know a person could get excited about a new staircase, but I think it really is a piece of quality craftsmanship. While this repair was unforeseen; I smiled down each stair.

I hope that we were not too demanding, we truly enjoyed having your company work on our house and if we're ever to need work done again, you will be the first people we call. I look forward to the completion of this job, because it will only look better.

My wife and I have known J.C. Bunker for approximately three years. We met him through a mutual acquaintance who recommended him when we needed some drywall work done. We were impressed with his promptness, his friendliness, the work that was done, and the cleanliness of the work area when the job had been completed.

J.C. has done various types of work for us over the past three years. He has done plumbing work for us, and has hung and put hardware on every door in our home-interior and exterior. We have been totally pleased with the results of the work he has done and have never had to ask him to return to our home to repair or correct any work that was done.

J.C. is committed to quality work, promptness, and scheduling work at our convenience. He has always contacted us in advance to confirm appointments just to be certain there is no scheduling conflict.

Mr. Bunker worked for us in the fall of 2004. He was very efficient in building a beautiful deck on our home. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his workmanship. He came highly recommended to us by our daughter, and we were thrilled with the outcome.

We were quite impressed with J.C. (Jonathan) and his abilities as he told us he has been in the building/remodeling business for 20 years. He is very articulate, well dressed and has a great attitude. He has a great "customer comes first" motto which is real impressive.

Overall, J.C. was a joy to have working on our lovely home. He was so efficient in all his duties, that we were excited to have him finish off our bonus room for us which was just an attic before! We would and will highly recommend this young man to anyone!!
